Our first churchyard work party of 2026 is on Saturday 16th May, from 9.00am–12.30pm.
The new season of growth is well underway in our gardens and the forest, and so it is within the beautiful Churchyard of our Parish Church. There are many small tasks that need to be undertaken to maintain the area around the church itself, as well as across the wider area, to ensure the rampant weeds do not damage structures, such as the church and its surrounding old graves. We’d love to see as many as possible for as long or as little time as you can. The work does not have to be arduous, and many hands make light work. Please make a note of the date in your diary/calendar. Thank you for all that you do to support the churchyard, whether by working there, or by praying for this special place.
