Following the antisocial behaviour you are all aware of, on the advice of ACSOs and police, the PCC has taken the decision to install a CCTV system, this comprises of 3 cameras overlooking the exterior entrances. The images are stored remotely on a continuous basis. There is a protocol covering the recording of these images and their storage and access. Should a problem occur, these images can be accessed remotely by designated persons and passed to ASCOs or Police as evidence. We also hope the presence of the cameras will act as a deterrent to those who have caused the problems, and give some security to those using the centre.
